Refund Policy



Our policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. We do our best to provide you with 100% satisfaction. If you need to apply for a return, please contact our customer service and inform the reason for the return.


To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging. The returned items must not be washed or worn out. You only need to return your items to us within 7 days from the date you sign for the package. You can get a refund within 3-5 days from the date we receive your returned item.In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Return steps:

1) Contact customer service to apply for return (you must contact before returning).

2) If possible, pack your return in the original shipping package.

3) Including all original packaging and accessories.

4) Must contact customer service to obtain our address and return this address.

5)Please clearly mark “Return” on the outer packaging of the package. The most important thing is to make sure that the “Return” option is checked on the customs declaration form to prevent any import fees and taxes.


Return request:

1) All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and attached with original labels and/or packaging (if applicable).

2)All items must be in original condition and can be resold.

3)Please make sure that all returned items are well packed to avoid damage during the mailing process.

4)Please make sure that the box is protected by an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, so any damage may result in rejection of the return.

5) Please ensure that all returned packages provide traceable insurance services.


Refunds (if applicable) 

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.

If you have completed all of these actions but still haven’t received a refund, please contact us.



To return your product, you should mail your product and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned product. We recommend using your local postal service or courier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


Note: All return requests need to contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email. Otherwise, we will not accept returns and exchange requests.
